Volunteering Opportunity

Allendale Village Hall Trustees are looking for a Treasurer to join our merry band! Jane Hughes is stepping down, all the books are in sparkling order and the job is not about dry lists of figures but the community we live in. Jane is happy,  if you are interested, to talk you through the job. The Trustees have a monthly meeting. Our AGM is in April.  We are also looking for new trustees, specifically ‘younger’ folk! We feel we can expand the reach of the village hall to include events for toddlers on upwards and would love ideas, suggestions and help to bring this about from parents and others. Do consider coming to our AGM on Wednesday 24 April, a time when we can get together over refreshments with the hall user groups and others who are keen to see our village hall and recreation park thrive.

Music in the Village Hall!

‘Sound of Cello’ Ilse De Ziah Ireland based cellist and composer Ilse has a deep passion for composing and arranging music for the cello. To reserve your tickets phone Jan on 07854 982721. £8:00 and £20 for a family. Refreshments and small bar.
