Vegetables for the festival catering

Lots of the vegetables and herbs in the festival food offering come from Higher Ground, a local enterprise using gardening to support well-being.

We selected wonderful onions and newly harvested garlic among other veg, and the herbs are so fresh that Sam selected and cut them from the herb garden at the top of the plot.
